Add the ability to Send files directly to Amazon S3 bucket

Currently the abilty to FTP or SFTP exists but AMAZON S3 buckets use a key pair for authentication.. it would be great to add this to the list.

Hide/Remove Global Schedules

When an event schedule not in our time zone is selected in an event, the resultant notification is either pre or post timestamped - which creates confusion. I would therefore prefer to just de-activate those global schedules we just won't use.
