Ideas for the KnowledgeSync software product including EventPaks.

Ability to save sorts, number of records per page

Would like a way to customize the screens in KnowledgeSync, especially when looking at the Monitor. Being able to set the number of records per page, sort order, etc and not have to change it each time you go into the same screen would be helpful.

    Definitely agree. Working with an application that has more than 5 queries or events, the constant adjustment is cumbersome.
