Add Table Links from DB Schema

Where available in the schema, read the table's metadata to show what joins exist and use that to populate the links. This is instead of the user linking tables. Would still need to allow the user to change it.

EventPak Store

Browse available EventPaks from within KS and then click to install them, like a store for EventPaks. Would access the EventPaks from a KS server.

Marketing Automation Features

Since many customers use KS for marketing automation, add features for that purpose. Opt-out/in list, subscriber preferences editing, CAN-SPAM and other regulatory compliance, read receipts, page tracking, scoring, etc.

Allows for support of multiple O365 environments, where the current settings only allow for a single OAUTH2 app registration ID which is specific to a single O365 environment.
