Ability to Add Attachments to Synergy Workflow Requests

The application does not recognize the Attachments field being available for a workflow request definition. The option is not available on the workflow mapping screen. There is no option to include report output or attached files to a request. This is functionality that they were using previously in the Exact Event Manager product.


The Synergy Documents integration does support this functionality.
