Direct Upgrade from V8 to V10

Version 8 users will need to upgrade to version 9, then they can install version 10. Each version’s installer upgrades the database schema to the next version. This idea is for a direct upgrade option from V8 to V10.

The ability to move Filter columns up or down

If you find you want to filter one of the colums earlier or later in the list you basically need delete most of the columns and start over.
