Allow new and modify event schedule to select frequency for "every n days"

Many companies use a payroll cycle of every 2 weeks. Clients want to automatically send emails that coincide with that pay cycle. The current workaround is to select minutes (20160).

*Not sure if I selected the correct category for this idea.
