Add a Save/Update button that does not close the item you're working on.

End users should never be discouraged from saving what they're working on to avoid data loss. The way that the "Update" button closes the record your working on discourages users from saving because they have to go back in to the record to continu...

Generate KS Crystal Reports with TTX/SQL files

Customers require the ability to generate and receive reports such as the Payroll Employee Earnings report however as this report contains TTX/SQL files they are unable to do so with the current version 10.4 of KS

Ability to save sorts, number of records per page

Would like a way to customize the screens in KnowledgeSync, especially when looking at the Monitor. Being able to set the number of records per page, sort order, etc and not have to change it each time you go into the same screen would be helpful.
