Ability to have multiple OAUTH2 configurations in KnowledgeSync

Allows for support of multiple O365 environments, where the current settings only allow for a single OAUTH2 app registration ID which is specific to a single O365 environment.

    We have this in ITC so we will probably want those who need this to move to KS ITC.
