The downloading of email messages has always allowed for the option to post the incoming messages to a secondary database. For an OAuth2 account, this functionality is missing when configuring the account to download the incoming messages. The user had used this functionality previously when configuring their email account as MAPI or IMAP. Since they are using an Office 365 account, the email account must be configured to use the OAuth2 authentication method. They would like to have the ability to have this option of mapping the fields to a secondary database for an OAuth2 account. Without this functionality, the process that was designed many years ago will not work because the messages will not be moved into the secondary database that is being used by their own processes.
