Scenario: You set up a folder for "development" of Events, and have several Applications below the folder. You complete your development efforts - all applicable records (Events, Queries, Etc.) have been moved to the proper Production Applications, and you want to clean up the development folder. If you try to delete the Folder, you receive an error that you must delete all Applications below the folder first.

The behavior is similar, and perhaps worse, with Subscribers - in order to delete a Subscriber Group, you must first delete all Subscribers in said Group. This is very cumbersome.
