Users that are moving from an on-premise version of KnowledgeSync to KnowledgeSync ITC have no way of delivering their report output files to their local network. Previously, the users were able to set up a Copy location of a folder location on their internal network using a UNC path. After the users have moved to the ITC environment, they cannot do this. The only options for file delivery with the Copy Server are to use the internal cloud storage or an FTP site. Both of these options involve the users taking many additional steps to be able to locate and download their report results. The files that are being generated are also too large to be delivered via email.
They would like to be able to still use the Copy Server functionality to deliver the results to a path on their local network.
