Ability to Add a Subscriber "On the Fly"

It would be nice, when configuring an Event and adding Subscribers to the distribution, if the Standard Subscriber you need isn't currently created, to be able to add it from the Event window similar to the way that you can modify a Query (or other trigger) on the fly from the Event window.

    In the Event window where you would add a subscriber, when it takes you in to the tree of subscribers, there would be a button that says, "New Subscriber" so you could add a new subscriber to a group while working in the event.

    So the user would open the event window and choose this as an option from a drop down? Or what would be the user experience?
