Choose the SMS Text Engine

Allow user to choose the SMS Text engine used. At least support Signal Wire in addition to Twilio.

That is not quite the same as having an integration already built. For example if we do this via API, then the errors and tracking will not be in the SMS tables.
You should still consider writing a direct integration to SignalWire. Twilio is expensive for most users whereas Signal Wire is a fraction of the cost. This will promote more use of texting if there is more cost effective options.

You can create an integration with most any texting SaaS platform using KS's REST API actions.
