Support variable replacement in DOC and DOCX file formats. Support open source MS library that has PDF export command, which can work like mail merge and then outputs as a PDF. Label as a mail merge option in the event workflow section. Makes it possible for average users to build docs, which they can't do in Crystal Reports.

This has been created as a .Net script that can now be added to KS. However we would love to see it as a integrated feature.
