Direct Upgrade from V8 to V10

Version 8 users will need to upgrade to version 9, then they can install version 10.  Each version’s installer upgrades the database schema to the next version.  This idea is for a direct upgrade option from V8 to V10.

    Users must first upgrade their database from Access to SQL Server. Then the KS V10 installer will convert from V9 to V10.
