When exporting to a CSV Format using Crystal Reports, the user is able to specify the options for the delimiter and separator values. The user is sending out the report to customers; however, they require the delimiter be a pipe character ( | ). Currently, the user is using the Separated Values format to sent the output to themselves and manually replacing the comma values to a pipe character. It would save them hours of work by being able to set the delimiter and separator values in the event layout or the report layout.

FYI - if you save the export setting for your report within Crystal - Event Manager will export using those settings. See attached for example using pipes.
