Direct Upgrade from V8 to V10

Version 8 users will need to upgrade to version 9, then they can install version 10. Each version’s installer upgrades the database schema to the next version. This idea is for a direct upgrade option from V8 to V10.

XML support for REST API triggers and actions

REST API triggers and actions now support JSON. Add support for XML bodies, which includes listing entity paths using Xpath like we do now using JSONpath.
